The villa consists of a single storey building, recently restored and refurbished. It is a mere 30 metres from the Murcian Mediterranean coast of Spain.

All rooms are exterior and facing the sea. The panoramic views of the dawn, sunset, the moon and stars over the Mediterranean sea and coast are breathtaking. There are ample gardens and a swimming pool. There are ample gardens and a swimming pool.
